How we handle information.

This website does not use account registration, advertising trackers, or a candidate database. You choose what information to provide when contacting SP² Search Partners.

Information you provide

We may receive your name, contact details, employment background, hiring requirements, company information, location, and other information included in a form or email. Please do not provide a Social Security number, license number, financial information, or other sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.

How forms work

Until a hosted form processor is enabled, website forms prepare a structured draft in your email application for you to review and send. If a hosted processor is enabled later, this notice will be updated before submissions are accepted through that service.

How information is used

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential recruiting relationships or opportunities, communicate about searches, and operate the business. Candidate information is not presented to a prospective employer without discussing the opportunity with the candidate.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support email, website hosting, and business operations, or when required by law. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for recruiting, relationship management, legal, or operational purposes.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you previously sent, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
